Heat oven to 350 deg. Line with parchment paper a greased loaf pan 9x5x2½". Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add shortening, butter, milk, vanilla, and egg yolks. Beat 2 minutes in mixer on medium speed, or 300 strokes by hand. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl constantly. | |||
