Combine egg white, sugar, salt and 1/3 c. of the berries in top of double boiler. Cook as for [[Seven Minute Icing|Seven Minute Icing]] (Volume 2, section 10), reducing cooking time to 4 minutes. Remove from boiling water and beat until cool. Then fold in the 1/3 c. more sliced berries. | |||
