Combine All-Bran and milk; let stand until most of the moisture is taken up. Add egg and shortening; beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; mix in raisins. Add to first mixture, stirring <u>only</u> until combined. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 deg. about 20 minutes.
