1 lb. butter 1 c. sugar
2 eggs, or 6 egg yolks 5 c. flour
Mix all ingredients well and put through cookie press. Bake in moderate oven 350 deg. until pale golden brown. (1/2 recipe makes about 5 dozen cookies.)
