Christmas Card Cookies

3 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extracts. Add flour and salt. Cover and chill 3 hours. Roll in small amounts, 1/8" thick. Cut with cutters. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Bake cookies at 325 deg. for 10-12 minutes - until pale golden brown around edges. Frost as desired.
