One Minute Fudge Icing (with Cocoa)

1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt

Combine all ingredients. Cook until it forms soft ball when dropped into water (very short time). Remove from heat. Stir gently until it thickens slightly and cools enough to work with.
Dip eggs, using two forks to hold, or spread over bottom, reverse and do top and sides. If frosting gets hard, put back on heat a few seconds.
