Mix cider, sugar and salt. Place spices in cheesecloth and put into cider. Heat, let simmer 20 minutes. Pour in punch bowl and add lemon slices. Serve hot. | |||

1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. whole cloves
1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. allspice
2 lemons, sliced
Mix cider, sugar and salt. Place spices in cheesecloth and put into cider. Heat, let simmer 20 minutes. Pour in punch bowl and add lemon slices. Serve hot.
Serves 24.
